For the past seven years of my 25-year graphic design career, I’ve had the pleasure of working with amazing writers and authors like you. That’s how I discovered my true passion—book cover design.
There is nothing more fulfilling than working with passionate authors. When one passion meets another, incredible things happen. Your excitement about your story fuels my creativity, motivating me to go the extra mile to bring your vision to life.
A Story of Passion and Dedication
I recall a young woman who needed help with her very first novel. She was thrilled about her story but felt overwhelmed by the formatting and editing process. By the time she reached the book cover stage, she was exhausted.
She came to me with questions I couldn’t answer outright, but I promised to find the answers. We worked together for weeks, fine-tuning her book cover until it was perfect.
Her book cover went on to receive a prestigious award in her genre. Since then, she has written multiple books and has always come back to me for her cover designs.

My Journey in Graphic Design
My graphic design career began in sign design, creating highway billboards. I quickly transitioned through advertising agencies and, by 2004, I was designing yellow page advertisements for businesses across the U.S. and Canada.
In 2006, I had the opportunity to design book covers for these companies, and that’s when I found my true calling. Book cover design allowed me to be more creative, and I was honored to receive several awards for my work.
However, in 2010, the decline of yellow page directories led me to a turning point. I relied on my freelance business, went back to college to refine my digital web design skills, and expanded my services to include online digital design.
For the past seven years, I’ve focused entirely on book cover design, working with self-published writers and indie authors worldwide. My goal is to create beautiful, marketable book covers that help authors sell their books successfully.
Where I Am Today
It’s A Wrap Designs is currently a one-person show, but I do offer additional digital services, such as:
✔ Website & social media banners
✔ Advertising graphics
I also work with a network of professional writers who can assist with book formatting and editing.
